Every Faras fan is securely packed in reinforced foam-cushioned boxes. However, if transit damage occurs, we take 100% responsibility. Simply share photos or unboxing videos via WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery, and we will send you a brand new replacement immediately at zero extra cost.
Each Faras fan comes with an RF (Radio Frequency) wireless remote control that works from any angle without needing direct line-of-sight. Key features include 6 speed adjustments, power On/Off memory, sleep timers (1, 2, 4, and 8 hours), and reverse rotation mode for winter season air circulation.
